• Evaluated house and advised family of remodeling options even before they purchased the home
• Began assembling the team of experts and working on the design so we were ready to begin construction as soon as the family closed on the house
• On the main level, work included an extensive renovation of the kitchen and family room, as well as an addition for a new breakfast room
• The original staircase, which lined the back wall of the existing family room, was rerouted through the kitchen to improve flow
• And extensive cosmetic work was done throughout the first floor to provide a fresh new look
